- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Broke my bass, they "fixed " it, it broke again at a gig, I took it back again, it broke again at a gig as they managed to add another fault to it (!!), they quibbled, they refunded me, they told me to f*** off in front of their other customers. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy and I have never been so insulted by a jumped up little sales assistant. They do NOT need your money, so go to "another shop very near" instead and save yourself time (and being sworn at). This "other" shop indicated that they had had some dissatisfied customers from Project Music, so maybe the whole thing is a way of drumming up custom for their rivals?? A pathetic little excuse for a music shop. I cant say I want warned by 2 other people not to trust these fools. ADDITIONAL: THEY DRILLED OUT THE SOCKET AND FITTED AN ACOUSTIC GUITAR BARREL TO MY BASS - NOW I WILL NEED TO SPEND A LOT MORE MONEY TO GET THIS FIXED.
